Boats depend on the power of gravity to keep them afloat. If the force is less than the buoyancy, then the object floats. The balance depends on the size of the vessel and its cargo. While large boats have automatic pumps for counterbalance, motorboats, like the one in this picture, require manual effort from people.

These guys did not understand the assignment. They forgot to divide their weight in their attempt to sit comfortably. Yet, we’re not here to judge, plus they look like they’re enjoying it. So, let’s just charge that to experience, boys?
