Robin Thicke – From Topping Billboard Charts To Public Rejection

From topping four international Billboard charts simultaneously to touring with the likes of India Arie and Alicia Keys, Robin Thicke was an instant commercial success. Things, however, took a different turn after the singer released Blurred Lines, a song that was trending for months on end. Not for the right reasons, though. The video elicited harsh criticism for degrading women and had even Thicke’s fellow celebrities calling to cancel the artist’s deals.

Still, that was just the first step toward’s the star’s downfall. Robin would later be unfaithful to his wife, actress Paula Patton whom he had been with for 20 years. The infidelity only damaged his reputation further.
