Always Take Safety Precautions

Most of us don’t give much thought to the dangers that come with refueling our vehicles at gas stations. Popular safety measures include restricting the use of combustibles like cigarettes and lighter fluid, as well as electronic devices like cell phones, within the service areas of petrol stations.
The engine should be turned off before refueling, a safety measure that should go without saying but often isn’t. This is done so that fuel fumes don’t spontaneously catch fire.
This lady either doesn’t know the drill or deliberately disobeys them. It’s strange enough that she’s wrong, but nobody else seems to care enough to correct her.
