Richard Gere – $120 Million
Richard Gere began his acting career back in the ’70s, and since then, he has earned himself a $120-million fortune. And given that he has yet to retire, he doesn’t have to worry too much about credit monitoring. Gere gained prominence in 1980 with a lead role in the crime drama American Gigolo as Julian Kaye. Richard has also starred in other notable films like Pretty Woman and Chicago, and his two most recent drama movies Three Christs and The Dinner. Gere is an outspoken activist who boldly criticized China’s occupation of Tibet in 1993 at the Academy Awards. His outburst infuriated the producer of the award leading to Gere’s expulsion from future Oscars.
