Stephen Hillenburg – $120 Million

At the time of his death in November 2018, Stephen Hillenburg had a wealth of $120 million. He died at the age of 57 from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS complications. Many know Hillenburg for creating the cartoon TV series SpongeBob Squarepants. Additionally, he was also a marine biologist, voice artist producer, director, and writer.  SpongeBob’s song was sung at the 2019 Super Bowl game in his honor.
