Terry Crews was already a successful athlete when he decided to leave the world of pro football to pursue acting. And boy, was the risk he took worth it! After building up his resume with roles in films like Friday After Next and White Chicks, he’s now an in-demand actor and TV host with a fortune worth $25 million. Among his best-known performances is playing Lt. Terry Jeffords in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, his longest acting stint to date. He bid farewell as the show’s final season premiered in August 2021. That likely won’t do much damage to Crews’ finances, though, thanks to his America’s Got Talent hosting paycheck.
