Neil Perry – Undisclosed – Eating The Right Type of Food

Known for his appearances in “MasterChef Australia” and “Restaurant Revolution,” the Australian celebrity chef Neil Perry never made a big fuss about his evident weight loss story. But he gave his fans some precious tips in a 2018 interview, recommending some of his best recipes to slim down. Perry’s go-to weight-loss foods include green tea, prawns, cottage cheese, popcorn, and grapefruit.
After years in the spotlight, Perry’s virtually disappeared and hasn’t been on a TV show since 2015. In 2020, he retired from the leading position he used to have at his company, Rockpool Dining Group. In March 2021, it was reported that Rockpool was split into two stand-alone companies.
