When the Universe Finds Its Way

Have you ever seen a tree climbing up a chimney like it’s auditioning for “Jumanji?” In Berhampur, India, a century-old banyan tree decided to do just that. Majestically growing through a long-forgotten brick chimney, this towering marvel started its journey to sunlight decades ago. Built in the late 19th century as part of a defunct textile mill, it stands about 30 feet tall.
The tree’s roots found cracks and crevices on the wall, following the path of least resistance to reach the top. It’s a surreal witness to nature’s resilience, looking like a scene from a fantasy novel. Who knew trees could have such lofty ambitions?
